Updates From the Director

What a tremendous time to be a member and participant in the NSP and snow sports! Early in this spring there were many challenges facing us. We as patrollers have risen to the unique challenges and are enjoying this current season. Many of the areas within EMR have enjoyed record skier and boarding turnouts. Rentals have been sold out at many resorts, record crowds have been reported and observed. This new enthusiasm has also brought about new enthusiasm for joining the NSP. Applications for new Patrollers are up at many of our resorts. Testing and training is continuing in unique and novel ways. I would like to thank all of you who have made this happen.
